I started this site because I kept buying the wrong desk gear. Chairs that hurt my back, monitors with terrible color, “minimalist” desk mats that curled at the edges. The reviews online were either obvious affiliate spam or 4,000-word essays on standing-desk biomechanics when I just wanted to know if the thing was worth $200.
The Lazy Setup is the antidote. It’s a curated home for the cozy WFH gear that actually delivers on the aesthetic AND the ergonomics — without making working from home feel like a productivity-bro performance.

Real product recommendations, with affiliate links so I get a small cut when you buy through me (it costs you nothing extra and keeps the lights on). Zero “subscribe to my course” nonsense.
If a product makes the cut, it’s because I’d put it on my own desk. That’s the bar.
